This website is designed, developed, maintained and administrated by Hassan Aden from HA Learning Tech. It was created to teach, support and promote Somali language to children of the large Somali diaspora living thru-out the world.
The content is developed with state-of-the-art technologies. It is therefore interactive and combines sounds, still and animated images. We use, most of the time, open technologies. That means everything
that you see or hear was made by freely accessible software !
For now, we are actively working in designing and developing content to teach the very basics of the Somali language to young children. The interface is Somali and English. But we are planning to add Arabic and French if we find volunteers for the necessary translation.
The task overhead is colossal and we cannot be left alone to complete it. That’s why we are looking for teachers or poets or just ordinary people who are knowledgeable in Somali language to come with ideas and content.
